With duties and taxes prepaid, your package is sent via DDP (delivery duty paid). We recommend that all international customers purchase Route shipping insurance at checkout. For a small fee, Route provides package protection against loss, damage, and theft. In the event of the aforementioned, Route has a short claims process for receiving replacement goods.
