Our fitted bed sheet is made from two layers of wonderfully soft and wrinkly organic cotton gauze. It's breathable and lightweight, with a gentle touch on the skin.

*The crinkled state of gauze is achieved with washing and drying. The weave of the fabric appears flat prior to washing. It crinkles up with laundering, and may become more textured via successive launderings--achieving the appearance you see in our product photos. (We include this information on an insert that comes with the product.)
