Care:

Capacity of washing machine must be 18 lbs. or higher.

Wash separately at 86 °F maximum.

Do not use bleach or fabric softeners.

Avoid continuous exposure to sun.

Use a gentle cycle. Do not use a washing machine with a central centrifuge/agitator, as this may damage the carpet.

We recommend using dryer balls to ensure a longer lifespan.

We recommend using natural, sustainable soap.

To remove stains, use lukewarm water and gentle soap.

If you find a long thread cut it with scissors. Never pull it.

Tumble dry at low temperature. Do not leave in the washer.

Use a low-powered vacuum cleaner regularly to clean and counteract shedding.

Clean spots & absorbs liquids.

Avoid using cleaning robots or vacuums with beater bars to prevent damaging the pile.
