This washable wool duvet brings you the cozy, breathable benefits of wool without the need for dry cleaning. Toss it into a cold, gentle wash cycle and you’ve got fresh, clean comfort whenever you need it.

Handmade from start to finish in the U.S., undyed GOTS-certified sateen cotton is filled with natural undyed wool batting. Then the duvet is hand-knotted throughout with undyed wool yarn to keep the wool batting secure inside. The result is a plush, yet lightweight comforter that's silky smooth to the touch.

Natural, minimally processed fine merino wool batting on the interior of this duvet regulates body temperature, keeping the sleeper cozy in the winter and cool in the summer. The benefits of wool go beyond temperature regulation; it's dust mite-, mold-, and mildew-resistant all while NOT being treated with flame retardants and other harmful chemicals.

Use the duvet alone or layer it up with willaby breathable gauze sheets and blankets according to the season. Adding a cover to the duvet is optional, as it looks lovely on its own. Without a cover, the hand knots along the surface remain a visible and delightful element.
