Our pillowcase is made from two layers of wonderfully soft and wrinkly organic cotton gauze. It's breathable and lightweight, with a gentle touch on the skin that makes your bed a haven of comfort. For children who started out with our baby blanket, the familiar feel of gauze helps the transition to a big kid bed, or makes their current bed a more comfortable place. Adults and children alike, welcome to your dream bedding!
Pillowcases have an inside flap at the end, to help keep your pillow in place.

*The crinkled state of gauze is achieved with washing and drying. The weave of the fabric appears flat prior to washing. It crinkles up with laundering, and may become more textured via successive launderings--achieving the appearance you see in our product photos. (We include this information on an insert that comes with the product.)
