willaby accepts items for exchange or store credit that are unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and otherwise in new condition. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return or exchange authorization. Please do not send items back to us without contacting us first at info@willabyshop.com. Your return or exchange request may be not be honored if not received within this time frame. All domestic returns must be received within 14 days of receiving your item/s. Time frames for the receipt of international returns are on a case-by-case basis.

Return and exchange shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. However, if you are sending back merchandise due to an error on our part, we are happy to reimburse return shipping fees and cover the cost of exchange shipping fees. When returning your item/s please purchase insurance and tracking, as we are not responsible for lost items. We do not accept C.O.D. packages. 

Typically we process exchange or store credit within 7 business days of receiving your return item/s. You will receive a notification via email when the exchange or store credit has been processed.

Sale items are final sale. Please read our sizing guidelines prior to purchasing sale items, and email us with any further questions about fit prior to purchasing. 

We do not offer price adjustments.
